Founder Pilot policy

The offer

• $49 USD per month, billed in advance through Stripe once live charging is enabled
• 100 field slots, 50,000 API requests, and 20,000 writes per UTC month
• Six-hour weather freshness and weekly satellite monitoring when suitable cloud-filtered imagery is available
• Durable tenant history, export, key recovery, and Founder email support
• No setup fee, annual commitment, automatic overage, or per-provider bill

Renewal and cancellation

The Founder Pilot renews monthly until canceled. The tenant can open Stripe's hosted billing portal from the Agsemble console and cancel before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Stripe displays a different effective date before confirmation.

When the paid period ends, Founder allowances stop. Agsemble will not create overage charges. The tenant can export startup-owned data before cancellation and contact support if a post-cancellation export is needed.

Refunds and billing corrections

Monthly fees are normally non-refundable after a billing period begins. Agsemble will correct duplicate or erroneous charges and will provide any refund required by applicable law. A founder can contact hello@agsemble.com within seven days of a charge to request review of a material service failure; approval is based on the verified impact and does not create an ongoing service-level guarantee.

Service expectations

The Founder Pilot is an early-access service and does not include an uptime or response-time SLA. Provider outages, cloud cover, token expiry, maintenance, or upstream source changes can delay data. Capability status and every agricultural response expose provenance so applications can fail visibly rather than silently substituting fixtures.

Startup data and agricultural decisions

The startup retains its rights in field geometry, crop metadata, and observations it submits. It permits Agsemble and its providers to process that data only as needed to operate, secure, support, and bill for the service.

Weather, satellite indicators, generated measurements, and boundary suggestions are informational. They can be incomplete or wrong and must be checked before agronomic, financial, insurance, land, safety, or regulatory decisions.

Commercial terms status

This page records the product and billing policy Agsemble is prepared to offer. Version: 2026-08-02. Before live charging opens, Agsemble will add the service operator's legal identity and have the complete terms—including governing law, warranties, liability, tax, and dispute provisions—reviewed. Both test and live Checkout record acceptance of this policy version and the current Privacy Notice.
